Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service, administrative and clerical support
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Handle account opening procedure for new clients
Requirements
- Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' customer services exposure in the Securities industry
- Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in dealing securities is preferred
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Customer-focused, patient and responsible
