Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service, administrative and clerical support
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Handle account opening procedure for new clients

Requirements

  • Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years' customer services exposure in the Securities industry
  • Qualified to be registered as a licensed person under SFC in dealing securities is preferred
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Customer-focused, patient and responsible
