Company Description
Our client is an active multi-interests developer with major residential, hotel, commercial properties development as well as high quality retail property portfolio in Hong Kong, PRC, Macau and overseas.
Responsibilities
Report to the Property Development and Marketing, and be responsible for:
- Managing building maintenance projects
- Ensuring that properties are under proper management
- Conducting market research, formulate and execute leasing & sales strategies
- Handling all properties related matters in the area of Hong Kong, Macau and PRC
- Tenancy administration including negotiation on leasing terms, fit-out and maintenance
Requirements
- Degree holder in Estate Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Property Management or equivalent
- Professional qualification of RICS / HKIS is preferable
- Minimum 6 years experience in the property management, valuation and leasing & sales
- Relevant working experience in sizeable developers will be an advantage
- Solid experience in managing residential and commercial projects with good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Occasional travels to PRC and Macau is required
